Shipping Policy

At Gunawardana Tea, we ensure that your orders are processed and shipped with care to provide the best possible experience.

For Sri Lankan Orders:

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days.
• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1-3 days depending on the location.

For International Orders:

• Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days.
• You can expect delivery within 10-13 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping provider.

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size.

Customs & Duties (International Orders):

• Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality of our tea. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there are any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or damage during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.
